Make sure you have unzipped the downloaded file to a folder on your computer before starting these steps. Running the setup directly from inside the ZIP file will not work — it must be extracted first. Once the files are extracted, proceed with the instructions below.
How to fix it
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

Locate the file named “setup (right click and Run as administrator).bat” inside the folder you downloaded and extracted.

Select “Run as administrator” from the menu.
This will allow the installer to run with the correct permissions and bypass the error.
